We are not the cheapest, nor are we the largest, so why us you might ask!
The one thing that we get compliments on over and over again from our customers is the fantastic atmosphere of our club. The relaxed and comfortable environment makes everyone feel good about coming in to exercise, regardless of your experience or fitness level. Everyone is welcome.

And we mean everyone! Whether you are a hard core weight trainer, a beginner, or someone just trying to get healthier, we expect that all of our members treat one another with respect. Our eclectic group of people is what makes us successful and will make your experience a good one.

Another thing is that our staff is diligent about keeping our facility clean and our equipment in good working order. You can count on that!

Our motto is "Better Bodies Built Here". We don't define what a better body means, we just help you get to your goal of a better body.

So in a nutshell, the answer is that we offer the best "value" for your hard earned money

How does the 24 hour access work?

During our regular desk business hours our staff is available to assist you when necessary. However, if your schedule is not normal, your 24 hour access gives you the capabilities to use the facility at your convenience.

Our facility never closes. For over 12 years we have operated as a 24 hour access club. Your fob that we provide allows you entry into the facility and you can have a normal workout. We provide recorded surveillance 24 hours a day for your protection! Your health is important, but with today's busy lifestyles, your free time doesn't always coincide with traditional health club hours of operation.

At the Salem Fitness Club, you work out when it fits into your schedule!

What are the benefits of 24 hour access?

  • Convenience and Flexibility! As a member of our club, you have the flexibility to work out 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Our facility is always open for you!
  • Membership attendance is spread out throughout the day (and night), so the congestion associated with typical "peak" times for working out is greatly reduced.
  • Your time is valuable, so you can get in and get out, and move on to the other priorities you have
